Our vision of the Green Economy is reflected in concrete, everyday actions. We have significantly reduced our use of public water supplies thanks to a recovery system that allows us to reuse rainwater after careful purification.
Plastic-Free Packaging
For us, sustainability is first and foremost a form of respect: for the woodlands, which we protect by carefully respecting natural harvesting periods and areas; for the environment, which we safeguard through responsible choices such as energy-saving systems and fully plastic-free packaging; and for the truffle itself, which we process with artisanal care, without preservatives or colorants, to preserve its authenticity.
Energy Efficiency
Energy sustainability is another cornerstone of our commitment: we generate clean energy through a 73 kW solar system, use low-emission thermal windows, and employ digitally controlled ventilation systems to improve efficiency and reduce consumption.
FSC® Paper
The choice of materials also follows environmental criteria: the paper we use comes exclusively from responsibly managed forests certified according to FSC® standards.
All of this is made possible by our production facility, which follows Industry 4.0 principles. An advanced and automated system that enables us to optimize resources, minimize environmental impact, and ensure quality, efficiency, and respect for the landscape in which we operate.
We proudly preserve the original recipes passed down through generations and invest firmly in the responsible cultivation of our truffle grounds. In doing so, we nurture and renew every day the authentic bond between people, nature, and product, remaining faithful to a vision centered on the balance and beauty of our land.
